Responsible Lending & Cost of Credit
Last updated: 29 July 2026
We want you to borrow with your eyes open. This notice explains how much a loan costs, how we lend responsibly, and what happens if you struggle to repay.
1. The cost of your loan is always shown up front
Before you accept any loan, we show you — in Zambian Kwacha — the amount you receive, the interest rate, any fees, each repayment, and the total amount you will repay. You never pay more than the total shown. There are no hidden charges.
2. Representative example
The figures below are an example only to show how cost is presented — replace with your actual approved rates before go-live.

3. How we lend responsibly
- We check that a loan is affordable for you before we approve it.
- We only lend amounts we believe you can repay from your income.
- We never pressure you to borrow more than you need.
- We explain the full cost clearly, in Kwacha, before you commit.
4. If you are struggling to repay
Talk to us early at admin@oriziscap.com. We would rather help you find a workable arrangement than see you fall behind. We treat customers in difficulty fairly and never use harassment, threats or unlawful collection methods.
5. Borrow wisely
A loan is a commitment. Only borrow what you truly need and are confident you can repay on time. Missing payments can cost you more and may affect your record with a credit reference bureau.
