Loan & Service Terms
1. Who we are
ORIZIS CAPITAL LIMITED, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Zambia on 1 February 2024, of Plot No. 41 Kasoho Road, Roma, Lusaka, Zambia. Companies registration no. 120241001505, TPIN 2002400390. Contact: admin@oriziscap.com.
2. Our service
ORIZIS Capital provides personal, student and family loans to eligible customers in Zambia, from 500 ZMW, with fixed, predictable repayments. Applying does not guarantee approval — every application is subject to identity checks and an affordability/credit assessment. We may approve, decline or offer a different amount or term at our discretion.
3. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old and a resident of Zambia.
- You have a valid national ID (NRC) and a Mobile Money number in your name.
- You have a regular, verifiable source of income sufficient to repay.
- The information you give is true and complete.
4. Interest, fees & the cost of your loan
The interest rate, fees and the total amount repayable for your specific loan are shown to you clearly before you accept the offer, in Zambian Kwacha. See our Responsible Lending & Cost of Credit notice for a representative example. Representative rate: [X]% per month / [Y]% APR. You only enter a loan once you accept the offer shown to you.
5. Disbursement & repayment
Approved loans are paid to your Mobile Money wallet (MTN, Airtel or Zamtel), processed by our provider pawaPay. You repay by the dates and amounts in your loan schedule. You may repay early at any time; early repayment reduces the interest you pay.
6. Late or missed payments
If you cannot pay on time, contact us immediately — we would rather help you find a solution. Late payment may incur a late fee of [LATE FEE] and, where lawful, we may report your repayment record to a licensed credit reference bureau, which can affect your ability to borrow in future. We will always treat you fairly and will not use harassment or unlawful collection methods.
7. Cooling-off / cancellation
8. Your responsibilities
- Borrow only what you can afford to repay.
- Keep your contact and Mobile Money details up to date.
- Do not provide false information or use the service unlawfully or fraudulently.
9. Beware of scams
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of interest and fees you paid us on the loan giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under Zambian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Money-Lenders Act, the Banking and Financial Services Act, 2017, the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2010 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2021.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
12. Complaints & contact
If you have a concern, please contact us first at admin@oriziscap.com and we will try to resolve it. You may also refer a complaint to the Bank of Zambia, or to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
